Rental, our step by step guide |

1.
Booking your vehicle
You can obtain a quote or make a booking by calling us
on our Freephone number 0800 026 8715 (UK only) between
8am - 5pm Monday to Saturday, and our friendly staff are
always willing to help. Alternatively use our
online quotation form.Just tell us what vehicle you
require a quote on or wish to book, how long the rental is
for and we will quote you a price, check availability and
if you wish to go ahead, take your booking.
Remember Drivers must be over 25 and hold a full licence
for a minimum of two years.

2.
Collecting your vehicle
When you arrive to collect your vehicle you
will require your driving licence and another form of
identification confirming your address on your licence,
e.g. utility bill or bank statement dates within the last
28 days. If you do not live at the address on your licence
you will need to produce 2 forms of identity as listed.
Payment is required in full 6 weeks prior to collection on
pre-booked motor homes. We accept cash, cheque, Visa,
MasterCard and switch. Damage deposits are only accepted
in cash or credit card "payable on collection"
All vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and
must be returned full. If you do not return your vehicle
full of fuel a charge of £2.00 plus VAT per litre will
apply
We will then issue you with a rental agreement which you
will be asked to check and sign.
We will then check the car for any existing damage and
then ask you to sign accepting the damage we have
indicated.
When you have done this we will have you the keys and hope
you have a safe and pleasant journey. |
3.
Whilst the vehicle is on hire
All vehicles have their own breakdown cover
and the appropriate card will be displayed on the
windscreen.
All vehicles leave here with the oil and water levels
checked and it is down to the hirer to maintain these.
It is the hirers' liability for damage above cab eight and
tyre damage. This is not covered within the LLI Premium |
4.
Returning your vehicle
The vehicle should be returned to us at the
agreed date and time, otherwise and additional charge will
be incurred.
The vehicle will be checked in to ensure fuel content and
that no new damage is apparent. Your deposit will be
refunded in full if all is OK. If charges are applicable
there will be deducted from the deposit held and any
balance refunded to you.
